Shipping Policy

Below is everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship — and how shipping costs are handled if you need to return an item.

Order processing


Orders are processed within 3–4 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Back-ordered items can take up to 2–3 weeks to ship while we produce additional stock. If your order includes a back-ordered item, we'll notify you by email with an updated dispatch estimate.

Each Bluff Bounce is made to order, so larger sizes or custom configurations may require additional production time.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rate

We ship worldwide with DHL Express at a flat rate of $25 USD per order, regardless of destination, order size, or weight.

The shipping fee is added at checkout and shown clearly before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4–15 business days, depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Bluff Bounce is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or events outside of our control.

Duties, taxes, and customs

All taxes, VAT, import duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product price or $25 flat shipping rate at checkout.

The customer is responsible for paying any duties or taxes due on delivery. If a package is refused at customs or returned to us because duties or taxes were not paid, the original $25 shipping fee is non-refundable and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking your order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of your order confirmation (or within the back-order window above), please contact us at contact@bluffbounce.com.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments


If your package is damaged in transit, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

If your package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for an extended period), contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. Once confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

If a package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. Bluff Bounce is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address.

Incorrect shipping information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Returns and return shipping

Our full return terms are detailed in our Return Policy. As it relates to shipping costs:

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Bluff Bounce covers all return shipping costs. We'll send you a prepaid return label, and your original US$25 shipping fee will be refunded along with the product cost.

Change-of-mind, sizing, or any other non-defect return: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original $25 shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable, and the cost of returning the item to us is at the customer's expense.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns. Bluff Bounce is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Refunds for eligible returns are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected, minus any non-refundable shipping costs as described above.
